Bernadette Scarborough is Fidelity Mechanical Services’ Vice President of Service Operations. Based out of the Ashburn, Virginia office, Bernadette’s main objective is to enhance the organization’s Customer Service Program and advance the mission of Fidelity Mechanical Services’ promise of Proactive, World-Class Service. Additionally, Bernadette leads service managers and administrative Team Members, launches training programs, and creates operational efficiencies by standardizing and stabilizing processes and procedures.
As Vice President of Mechanical Services Operations, Bernadette has responsibility over the Ashburn, Virginia, Beltsville and Spark, Maryland offices. Prior to her current role, Bernadette was an Executive Administrative Director, where she was responsible for directing and coordinating all office services and related activities.
To further enhance her exemplary leadership skills, Bernadette earned a High-Performance Leadership certificate from Cornell University, a six-course curriculum that is part of Cornell’s SC Johnson College of Business. Bernadette has been a member of the Fidelity Mechanical Services team since 1998, where she started her career as a Service Coordinator.
