Carmine Mistichelli is the Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity Building Services Group® (Fidelity BSG) and sits on their board of directors. Carmine joined the organization in 1997 as a Field Team Member, learning the fundamentals of Fidelity BSG and the HVAC industry. His experience in the field spans more than 20 years.

In his current role at Fidelity BSG, Carmine leads company efforts for efficient and sustainable designs, oversees day-to-day business operations, and provides short- and long-term strategic planning. He also manages business development opportunities by working with investors, developers, owners, and management companies of various sizes and complexities. An integral part of his leadership is to ensure Fidelity BSG’s newly acquired companies adapt to the organization’s best-in-class practices, including sales and operations processes.

Carmine’s ingenuity in business and commitment to providing Fidelity BSG customers with Proactive, World-Class Service has secured the organization as a leader in the technical building services and solutions space. His business acumen and management skills have contributed to the company’s national growth and expansion.

An avid philanthropist, Carmine was the 2017 recipient of the Salvation Army of Central Maryland’s Community Commitment Award and the 2020 Salvation Army Exceptional Service Award. Also in 2017, Carmine was honored by the State of Maryland with the Governor’s Volunteer Service Certificate for his efforts to ensure the vitality of the local community and his contributions to the citizens of Maryland. He is also a donor to education and healthcare institutions throughout Maryland. Carmine served on the Board of Directors at the United Way of Central Maryland and currently serves on the board of the Community College of Baltimore County’s (CCBC) HVAC program.

Carmine graduated Cum Laude from Strayer University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. In 2017, he earned a Certificate of Professional Development in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
