Carmine Mistichelli is a proven leader in our industry, with over 20 years of experience gained both in the field and in the boardroom.
He joined the organization in 1997 as a field employee, learning the fundamentals of Fidelity as well as the HVAC industry. Today, Carmine oversees day-to-day business operations, provides short- and long-term strategic planning, and manages business development opportunities by working with developers, engineers, owners, and clients of various sizes and complexities. Carmine’s ingenuity in business and his commitment to providing customers with proactive, world-class service has propelled the organization to leadership in the HVAC and mechanical services industries.
Carmine’s vision for Fidelity is to create the next generation of energy-efficient mechanical systems. He is an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council, and a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
An avid philanthropist, Carmine serves on the Advisory Council of the Salvation Army of Central Maryland, and was the 2017 recipient of the Community Commitment Award for his dedication to central Maryland. He is also a donor at Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC), and served on the Board of Directors at the United Way of Central Maryland.
A Baltimore native, Carmine graduated Cum Laude in 2010 from Strayer University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. In 2017, he earned a Certificate of Professional Development in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
His greatest achievements in life include building a family with his wife and being a father to his two young sons. Carmine and his family reside in Glen Arm, Maryland.
