In his role of CFO, Philip Arnold oversees Finance and Accounting, while enhancing Fidelity BSG’s ability to support its planned growth. He is also responsible for the organization’s financial integration, reporting, and treasury management functions.
Philip has extensive experience in business transformation—managing rapid internal and external growth resulting from merger and acquisition activities. He is particularly strong in technology and financial harmonization, integration, and consolidation, as well as the areas of financial application selection, implementation, adoption, sustainability and compliance.
Philip is a former Big-4 Assurance and Advisory Services Partner who specialized in process improvement and regulatory compliance assessments and sustainability. After leaving public accounting, he served as the CFO for three large, private equity-backed healthcare companies. He was also the CFO and part owner of a multi-state high-technology VAR specializing in high-performance computing, storage, and security products and services.
Philip is a CPA, CISA, and CIA, and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting, as well as a Master's Degree in Information Management from Brigham Young University. He enjoys all types of water sports, and is active in community service groups.
