Dave Lanphar

Dave Lanphar, LEED AP, proudly serves as Fidelity Building Services Group’s (Fidelity) Chief Executive Officer and Board Member. He is a proven executive with over 30 years of successfully leading and strategically growing companies in the Technical Building Services and Energy Solutions space. Most recently, he has led Fidelity’s growth through acquisitions strategy, focusing on the best-in-class Mechanical Services, Energy & Sustainability, Advanced Building Controls, and Emergency Power Generation companies in the US.

In 2018, Dave and his team secured private equity partnerships and funding that have fueled significant platform growth. Additionally, he has put together an Executive Leadership Team that includes some of the nation’s most respected industry professionals committed to servant leadership principles.

Dave is obsessed with promoting a positive company culture and being an authentic leader. Having spent decades working in the business, he understands that having motivated Team Members with rewarding career paths is the foundation of a “green and growing” business. Fidelity currently has over 2,600 valued Team Members who are proudly serving our customers. Furthermore, Dave has always been fascinated with building energy efficiencies and is on a mission to economically deliver state-of-the-art and environmentally friendly technologies to our changing world. In 2023, Fidelity Energy & Sustainability was launched to address the influx of demanding corporate sustainability initiatives related to energy efficiencies and decarbonization.

Over the course of Dave’s career, he earned degrees from RETS Technical School, CCBC, and studied Finance at the University of Baltimore. Additionally, he advanced his industry credentials by earning his master’s HVAC License and LEED AP Certification from the US Green Building Council.
