Bruce Chalmers is the Chief Financial Officer of Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity), where his 30 years of financial and management experience helps the organization continue its mission to build a national, leading Service and Contracting company in the Integrated Technical Building Services space.

Bruce’s decades of experience include executive CFO leadership positions within publicly traded and private equity-owned companies, as well as many years of experience in the M&A consulting and financial audit professional services industries. Most recently, Bruce led Milacron (MCRN) through its transition from private equity ownership through the IPO process and eventual sale to another leading industrial company.

Prior to Milacron, Bruce served as the CFO of a private equity-owned industrial services company that is a leader in its market. His extensive M&A experience also includes PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). There, Bruce was a Managing Director in the M&A practice, serving private equity and corporate clients.

Earlier in his career, Bruce’s initial financial executive and M&A experience was as Director of Corporate Development for Millennium Chemicals, where he led the integration for a large industrial acquisition in Europe and stayed on as a member of the post-acquisition management team.

Bruce’s career began as a CPA and financial auditor with Ernst & Young, where he served various domestic and international companies, including offices in Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Paris.

Bruce is a graduate of Drexel University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting.
