Keith Klann is responsible for the overall ERP platform for Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity), while also overseeing the development and implementation of all front-office and back-office technologies for Fidelity’s Service Initiative—aiming to offer an unparalleled service experience for clients and improve customer service efficiencies.
Keith also has responsibility for technology-enabled business process improvement across all of Fidelity companies. He is focused on leveraging technology for field technicians, providing them with real-time information to drive efficient service delivery and response in all of Fidelity’s operating companies.
Keith’s experience in the technology field spans nearly 25 years. Prior to joining Fidelity, he served as a Senior Consultant for WennSoft, based in New Berlin, Wisconsin. He holds a Bachelor ‘s Degree in Business and Computer Systems from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
