Lisa Lamberson

Lisa Lamberson, AFSB, is the President of Cii Service. She oversees all business aspects and operations related to Business Development, Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, and Marketing. In 2022, Lisa became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity) when Cii Service joined the organization.

Prior to joining Cii Service’s leadership team in 2005, Lisa served as a Surety Construction Bond Underwriter for Travelers Insurance, formerly USF&G, where she provided risk analysis and financial advice to commercial general contractors and specialty contractor accounts. Her more than 30 years of financial and risk analysis experience is extensively utilized in her leadership position as President/Partner of Cii Service.

Lisa received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. She also holds an Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) certificate.
