Ronald Pitts

Ronald Pitts, P.E., LEED AP, President of Systems Contractors, is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the company, including overseeing the construction, service, and controls divisions. As President, he is also very involved in sales efforts and engineering of construction projects, which allows him to interface regularly with clients and Team Members.

Ronald joined Systems Contractors in 2007 as a co-owner and, in 2021, became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity) when Systems Contractors joined the Fidelity portfolio of companies. Before Systems Contractors, Ronald was a Commercial Sales Engineer for Trane. He has over 20 years of industry experience, focusing on company management, sales, and engineering projects.

A graduate of North Carolina State University, Ronald earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. He also holds a Professional Engineering license and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
