BALTIMORE, MD (January 21, 2020) – Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity), a leader in HVAC/Mechanical Services, Building Automation & Controls, Emergency Power Generators, and related services, announces today the addition of Nelissa Biensach as Director of Marketing and Communications.

In this position, Biensach will oversee all marketing efforts as they relate to each of Fidelity’s entities, including Fidelity Power Systems, Fidelity Mechanical Services, HVAC Concepts, Benchmark Automation & Controls, Central Tech Services, Martin J. Braun Mechanical Contractors and Star Service, Inc. Working closely with the Fidelity leadership team to develop comprehensive marketing initiatives, Biensach will be responsible for establishing brand presence, leading and supporting integrated marketing and communication plans, developing corporate messaging to assist in new business acquisitions, overseeing all social/digital marketing outreach and linking business development to corporate goals through marketing efforts.  She will also promote Fidelity’s approach to providing customers with Proactive, World-Class Service.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Biensach served as the Audience Marketing Manager for The Freeman Company, an international events services company, where she curated content, design and execution of key sales and marketing programs, including digital and e-marketing campaigns, across multiple cross-functional teams.  Biensach’s experience in communications and marketing spans multiple industries to include retail, property management, event services and non-profit. Biensach has over 20 years of industry experience and at Fidelity, will report directly to Mike Roppolo, Chief Corporate Development Officer/Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group.
