Todd Gagne, PE, is the President of Nason Mechanical Systems, where he is responsible for overseeing the entire company’s service and project offerings. In his role, Todd oversees his team’s execution of all phases of construction activities, from the estimating and sales process, to the design phase and closeout, followed by ongoing maintenance and service. He works closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and coaches Team Members on best practices to maintain high-quality standards. Todd became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity) when Nason Mechanical Systems joined Fidelity in 2024.
With over two decades of experience in the HVAC/Mechanical services industry, Todd has built a strong foundation of technical expertise. Before joining Nason Mechanical Systems, he served as a Mechanical Engineer at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, where he played a pivotal role in establishing repair instructions for 688 Class Nuclear Submarines.
Todd holds a degree in Marine Engineering Operations from Maine Maritime Academy. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Maine and holds a Third-Class Stationary Steam Engineer’s License. Additionally, Todd is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
