Alex Masters

Alex Masters serves as Vice President of Masters Mechanical, A Fidelity Company,  where he oversees project management operations and supports the day-to-day execution of service and installation projects across the company. In this role, Alex leads project teams, assists with service management, supports the front office, and helps resolve operational challenges to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Alex became a Partner at Fidelity when Masters Mechanical joined the Fidelity portfolio of companies in 2026.

With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Alex began his career as an apprentice at just 15 years old, working in the field throughout high school and college. He advanced from service mechanic to project manager, gaining hands-on technical expertise and leadership experience before transitioning into operations.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and maintains Master’s Licenses in Mechanical and Plumbing. His combination of field experience, operational oversight, and business education allows him to bridge technical execution with strategic company growth, supporting the continued success of Masters Mechanical.
