Bernadette Scarborough

Bernadette Scarborough serves as the Group President for Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity). In her expanded role, she provides high-level oversight and support to her assigned companies. Her main duties include driving our vision for service excellence, new initiatives, systems integration, cross-selling, execution strategies, and overall leadership responsibilities.

Bernadette became a member of Fidelity when she joined Fidelity Mechanical Services in 1998. Her positions have included Service Coordinator, Office Manager, Integration Leader, and Executive Administrative Director, among others. Most recently, Bernadette served as the Vice President of Service Operations for Fidelity Mechanical Services, where she led service managers and administrative Team Members, launched training programs, and created operational efficiencies by standardizing systems and processes.

To further enhance her exemplary leadership skills, Bernadette earned a High-Performance Leadership certificate from Cornell University, a six-course curriculum that is part of Cornell’s SC Johnson College of Business.
