Bob Gardner

Bob Gardner is the Vice President of Construction Services at H.E. Neumann Company (H.E. Neumann). His duties include managing all construction operations for the organization’s Wheeling and Morgantown, West Virginia divisions, including those within the warehouse and fabrication shop, and residential department. Bob also serves as a Project Manager and Estimator.

Bob joined H.E. Neumann in 1997 and brings 35 years of industry experience to his leadership role, which has been instrumental in the company’s growth. He became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity) when H.E. Neumann joined Fidelity in 2022.

Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Ohio University. He also completed intensive, in-depth training in the fundamentals of project management at the University of Texas’ MCAA Institute for Project Management.
