Chris Cornell serves as Vice President of CT/HX, A Fidelity Company, where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s South Florida Division. In this role, Chris focuses on expanding service offerings, strengthening customer relationships, and fostering a culture centered on integrity, safety, and performance. He also plays a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting business development, and ensuring the continued growth and success of CT/HX.
With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial HVAC/Mechanical industry, Chris brings extensive technical, operational, and leadership expertise to CT/HX. Prior to Cornell Balancing Company joining CT/HX in 2026, he served as their President and Owner, where he successfully led the business for more than three decades. His background includes hands-on experience in engineering and HVAC systems, customer service, project execution, and business management, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on both field operations and long-term client partnerships.
Chris holds a degree in Business Management from Florida State University and maintains multiple industry certifications and licenses, including a Florida HVAC license, Vibration Analyst Category 2 certification, and Marley School of Cool training.
