David Denny

David Denny serves as General Manager of MVH Industrial, A Fidelity Company, where he oversees the company’s sheet metal operations, as well as sales, HVAC/mechanical service and installation, and safety initiatives. In this role, David supports MVH Industrial’s continued growth while helping deliver high-quality services to commercial and industrial clients. David became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity) when MVH Industrial joined the organization in 2026.

David brings more than 35 years of field and leadership experience to MVH Industrial, with a career rooted in hands-on execution, workforce coordination, and operational leadership. He has supported complex work at major industrial facilities, including the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (TMMK) global manufacturing plant, where his contributions helped earn recognition through an Outstanding Service Provider Award.

Throughout his career, David has led crews, coordinated projects, and maintained strong standards in safety, quality, and performance. His combined experience in field operations and management enables him to effectively align workforce capabilities with project demands, supporting efficient execution and consistent results. He holds an HVAC journeyman license and is a certified rigger.
