David Tingley

David Tingley, CISA, is the Vice President of Information Technology at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity). In this role, he develops and oversees Fidelity’s national IT integration strategy, technology risk assessments, and cybersecurity programs.

David is an accomplished audit and risk leader with broad experience auditing technology operations and leading risk management functions. Before joining Fidelity, David was the Director of Technology Audit and Data Analytics-VP at T. Rowe Price, a global investment management firm. He designed and executed strategic IT audit plans, successfully reduced IT risks, implemented a highly functional data analytics program, and established broad technology policy reform practices.

David is a graduate of Principia College in Elsah, Illinois, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a member of professional organizations, including the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
