David Walden serves as President of MVH Industrial, A Fidelity Company, where he provides oversight of all company divisions, including personnel management, financial performance, safety, and business development. In this role, David is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic direction, supporting continued growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mechanical services to industrial and commercial clients. David became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity) when MVH Industrial joined the organization in 2026.

With 40 years of experience in the mechanical services industry, David’s career is rooted in hands-on field experience and entrepreneurial leadership. He began his career with Davis & Plomin Mechanical, where he advanced to Journeyman Plumber and Project Lead before founding Walden Plumbing in 1993. As Owner and Operator, he led all aspects of the business, building a successful operation that he later sold, transitioning to the role of Operations Manager for the Lexington, Kentucky office.

In 2010, David joined MVH Industrial as General Manager of Operations, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the business from a single division into a multi-division organization. Under his leadership, the company expanded its capabilities, workforce, and client base, establishing strong relationships within the industrial sector, including long-standing partnerships supporting Toyota manufacturing facilities. His leadership was instrumental in positioning MVH Industrial for its successful partnership with Fidelity Building Services Group in 2026, further supporting the company’s long-term growth and expanded reach.

David is committed to developing strong teams and fostering a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. His leadership approach emphasizes building long-term value for customers, employees, and the organization as a whole. David holds both a Kentucky Master License and Journeyman License.
