Greg Thompson

Greg Thompson serves as General Manager of MVH Industrial, A Fidelity Company, where he oversees the company’s Electrical Department. In this role, Greg supports daily operations and helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. His responsibilities include project estimating, material procurement, developing job safety analyses (JSAs), and supporting field operations, while also contributing to the continued growth and operational success of MVH Industrial’s electrical services division. Greg became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity) when MVH Industrial joined the organization in 2026.

With more than 25 years of experience in the electrical industry, Greg brings extensive field and leadership expertise to MVH Industrial. He has held positions ranging from foreman to general foreman and has managed installation and fabrication efforts across a wide variety of projects. His hands-on industry knowledge, combined with his ability to coordinate teams and maintain project schedules, supports efficient project execution and strong operational performance.

Greg completed the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) program and holds an Associate of Science degree. He is a licensed master electrician in Kentucky and Alabama and is currently pursuing licensure in Ohio.
