Guy Barron

Guy Barron, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Chief Human Resources Officer / Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity), where he has been driving the company’s Human Resources (HR) strategy since 2019. In this role, he oversees all facets of HR Management, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Team Member Benefits & Total Rewards, ensuring an exceptional experience for Fidelity’s growing team. 

With extensive domestic and international expertise in HR and organizational effectiveness, Guy has played a pivotal role in fostering Team Member growth, engagement, and operational excellence across Fidelity’s expanding portfolio of companies. Before joining Fidelity, Guy served as the CHRO of Search Optics, a global technology firm based in San Diego, CA. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Human Resources at ABM Industries, leading HR for the Fortune 500 company’s national engineering, HVAC, government, and energy solutions business lines. 

Guy earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where he was also a student-athlete on the Monarchs basketball team. He holds Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) accreditation through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified through the HR Certification Institute.
