Guy Barron

Guy Barron, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity). He is responsible for leading the strategic direction of all aspects of Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, Safety, and Payroll for Fidelity.

Since 2019, Guy’s broad expertise in Human Resources has significantly enhanced the personal growth and the overall employment experience of Team Members across the growing Fidelity portfolio of companies.

Guy has significant domestic and international experience in HR and organizational effectiveness. Prior to Fidelity, he was the CHRO for Search Optics, a global technology firm based in San Diego, CA. Additionally, Guy previously served as Vice President, Human Resources at ABM Industries, overseeing HR for the Fortune 500 organization’s national engineering, HVAC, government, and energy solutions business lines.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA, where he also played basketball for the Monarchs. He holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) accreditation through the Society for Human Resources Management and possesses an SPHR accreditation through the HR Certification Institute.
