Hunter Elmore

Hunter Elmore serves as President of Star Service – Mobile, AL, where he leads the company’s strategic mission of delivering HVAC/Mechanical services to clients across the Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida Gulf Coast corridor. In this role, Hunter is responsible for driving sustainable growth through innovative solutions that optimize building performance, reduce life-cycle costs, and create lasting value for customers. A passionate leader, he is committed to cultivating the next generation of leaders at Star Service and ensuring the organization remains positioned for long-term success in an evolving industry. 

Hunter began his career with Star Service as a Regional Sales Manager and most recently served as Vice President of Business Development, where he led the Owner Direct Service Sales Team. He played a key role in accelerating company growth by targeting strategic accounts and delivering Full Coverage Preventive Maintenance programs, mechanical contracting solutions, and building automation projects. His expertise includes identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving ROI, and mitigating risk through mechanical equipment assessments and facility benchmarking—insights highly valued by facility owners and operators. His performance has been recognized with multiple Bronze, Gold, Diamond, and Circle of Excellence awards.

In addition to his work at Star Service, Hunter is an active member on the Reverse Trade Show (RTS) Committee with Partners for Environmental Progress and sits on the Board of Trustees and Facilities Committee at St. Luke’s Episcopal School. He has served on several other committees including Mobile Area Chamber’s Energy Task Force and Workforce Development Committee for Central Gulf Industrial Alliance.

Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Marketing from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, he and his wife have a passion for helping children and are licensed foster parents. Hunter, his wife, his daughter, and godson love the beach, traveling, golf, and serving the community.
