Laura Kuhn

Laura Kuhn, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Benefits & Total Rewards at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity). In her role, Laura spearheads the formulation and advancement of the organization’s strategies pertaining to health, welfare, retirement, and wellness plans and benefits. Her goal is to stimulate growth, enhance talent acquisition efforts, and amplify company-wide productivity.

Since her arrival at Fidelity in 2019, Laura has launched innovative and competitive wellness programs and has undertaken various initiatives. Prior to joining Fidelity, Laura spent many years as a leader in Benefits Compliance & Operations at Johns Hopkins University.

Laura is an alumna of Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland, from where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. Additionally, she holds a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Laura’s expertise is fortified by continued education, as she is actively pursuing the prestigious Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
