Mark Miller

Mark Miller serves as Chief Integration Officer at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity), where he helps develop strategies relating to new company integrations, including processes, Information Technology (IT) systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology across the organization. In this role, Mark focuses on driving operational efficiency and scalability, particularly during major business system transformations and merger and acquisition activities. He is responsible for fostering collaboration across business units, developing unified strategies, and ensuring seamless integration to support Fidelity’s long-term growth objectives. Mark directly oversees the Fidelity IT, ERP, and Integration teams, as well as enterprise IT investment and security.

Mark brings over 30 years of deep executive leadership experience spanning multiple industries. Prior to joining Fidelity, he served as an executive and senior advisor at Seal for Life Industries, where he successfully integrated multiple acquired companies to align with corporate strategy. His work included developing global management and planning processes. Mark also held executive leadership roles at Milacron, where he provided senior leadership to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors. Mark led organizational change related to acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures, implemented governance and compliance frameworks, supported public company reporting requirements, and coached leaders across diverse global regions.

Mark holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business with a specialization in Information Technology Management from Capella University. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Founding Secretary of the United States Defense Supply Chain Protection Corporation, a nonprofit organization focused on strengthening and protecting critical defense supply chains.
