Michael Lemnios

Michael Lemnios, P.E., is the Vice President of Mechanical Contracting at Systems Contractors. Michael has operational and financial responsibility for the organization’s contracting projects and oversees project management, prefabrication/warehouse, and field operations. Additionally, Michael establishes and promotes safety standards for the well-being of Team Members and the customers who occupy their workspaces. In 2021, Michael became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity) when Systems Contractors joined Fidelity’s portfolio of companies.

Michael began his industry career as a Plant Engineer and joined Systems Contractors in 2007 as a co-owner. His 30 years of engineering experience ensures projects are designed, executed, and delivered to exceed client expectations.

Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and holds a Professional Engineering license.
