Mike Miller

Mike Miller is a Group President at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity). In his position, Mike reports directly to our Chief Operating Officer and is currently responsible for the oversight and support of a group of strategically aligned companies. In addition to his leadership role, Mike leads Fidelity Management University, a comprehensive curriculum of leadership training, project management, and service excellence for our internal Team Members.

Mike began his career at Fidelity in 2011 and held numerous operations positions, including Field Superintendent, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and most recently, Operations Advisor on a national level. In addition to serving in the United States Navy, Mike is a graduate of Freestate Academy and the Davis Leadership Program and most recently completed the Cornell Leadership Course.
