Star Service is a provider of high-quality HVAC services and solutions to commercial and industrial clients along the Gulf Coast.

The acquisition comes at the same time the organization has rebranded to Fidelity Building Services Group. Celebrating 75 years in business, this rebranding campaign builds on Fidelity’s leadership in integrated building services, while expanding both its geographical footprint and portfolio of companies.

The comprehensive rebrand also reflects Fidelity’s efforts to fully align into one organization that offers best-in-class services ranging from HVAC/Mechanical Services, Engineered Retrofits/Targeted Design-Build, IoT / Building Automation & Controls to Emergency Power Generation – all backed by a world-class culture of customer service.
