HUNT VALLEY, MD (January 15, 2026) – Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity), one of the nation’s leading providers of HVAC/Mechanical Services, Building Automation, Emergency Power, and Energy Solutions, today announces the addition of Mark Miller as its Chief Integration Officer.

In this role, Miller will develop strategies related to new company integrations across Fidelity, with a focus on processes, Information Technology (IT) systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology. He will work to strengthen collaboration across business units and support unified approaches that advance Fidelity’s long-term growth objectives. Miller brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning multiple industries. Throughout his career, he has successfully aligned functional teams with corporate strategy and guided organizations through periods of significant change, particularly in merger and acquisition environments.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Miller served as an executive and senior advisor at Seal for Life Industries, where he integrated multiple acquired companies and helped establish global management and planning frameworks. He also held executive leadership roles at Milacron, providing senior-level support to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors.

Miller holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business with a specialization in Information Technology Management from Capella University. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Founding Secretary of the United States Defense Supply Chain Protection Corporation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening and protecting critical defense supply chains.
