Fidelity Building Services Group Expands Into Carolinas, Acquires Full-Service Mechanical Contracting Company
North Carolina-based Systems Contractors marks the 10th organization to join the Fidelity family
BALTIMORE, MD (February 8, 2021) – Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity), a national leader in HVAC/Mechanical Services, Building Automation & Controls, Emergency Power Generators, and related services, announces today the acquisition of North Carolina-based Systems Contractors.
Founded in 1977, Systems Contractors is an industrial HVAC contractor serving customers in the greater Greensboro, North Carolina area. It offers a full range of systems, solutions and services for commercial and industrial HVAC needs, including design/build, building automation systems (BAS), duct work/metal fabrication, piping and custom mechanical systems.

The transaction was finalized in February 2021. Ascend Capital Group LLC, a middle market investment bank specializing in M&A advisory, served as financial advisor to Fidelity BSG in connection with the transaction.
