Smart Building Technologies expands Fidelity BSG’s building automation service line offerings

BALTIMORE, MD (April 30, 2020) – Scott Dunstone, CPA has been named Vice President, Controller at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG), a leader in integrated technical building services and solutions. Dunstone brings 20 years of accounting and financial expertise to his role, where he will lead Fidelity BSG’s finance and accounting teams across all of the organization’s growing portfolio of companies.

Dunstone will work closely with the Leadership and Corporate Development teams to ensure a smooth transition of all accounting practices after each merger and acquisition (M&A), an initiative that Fidelity BSG has intensely focused on over the last several years in an effort to expand its national presence. Braun Mechanical Contractors and Star Service, Inc. Fidelity Building Services Group Announces John Dorn as President of Fidelity Power Systems

A 25-year veteran of the Building Systems industry, Dorn’s role as President of Fidelity Power Systems includes leading and growing its exclusive distributorship of KOHLER® emergency generators and power systems throughout Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C. and parts of West Virginia. Dorn also oversees product education and specifications within the engineering community, equipment sales, factory-authorized service, exclusive KOHLER® parts and generator rentals. Dorn leads a team of nearly 160 team members and reports directly to Dave Lanphar, CEO, Fidelity Building Services Group.
