As Vice President of Operations at Metro Mechanical, Bryan Phillips leads the organization’s design/build team, oversees service operations, and leads the organization’s Mississippi field operations. Bryan’s nearly three decades of industry experience helps ensure that the team meets client goals and expectations in regards to design, budget and scheduling.

Bryan started his career at Metro Mechanical as an estimator and designer and his attention to detail, along with his commitment to client satisfaction, helped accelerate his career and his leadership roles within Metro Mechanical. Before his current role as Vice President of Operations, Bryan served as a Project Manager, focusing on construction projects.

Bryan graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He also served in the Mississippi Army National Guard and completed the Project Management for Mechanical Construction at Purdue University. He is a proud member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and the Tau Alpha Pi National Honor Society.
