Marissa Schott, Vice President of Risk Management, oversees Fidelity Building Services Group’s (Fidelity BSG) consolidated business insurance program and interfaces with insurance carriers, legal counsel, Fidelity BSG leadership, and Team Members. As Risk Manager, Marissa is intimately involved with the development of our insurance program and is responsible for implementing new key safety initiatives throughout the company, with the mission of enhancing our Culture of Safety.

Marissa joined Fidelity BSG in February 2020 as Director of Claims & Business Insurance. Prior to that, she supported Fidelity BSG as a consultant from Sisco/RCM&D for over six years, successfully managing the company’s Workers Compensation claims program, while providing support and guidance to those Team Members that had been injured on the job.

A current student at the University of Maryland Global Campus, Marissa is working toward degrees in Business Management and Human Resources.
