Bob DeFiccio is the President of HVAC Control Technology (HCT). In this role, Bob oversees all operations related to the growth and success of the organization. He sets strategic direction, manages the execution of those directives, and ensures that procedures and initiatives align with HCT’s mission and values.

Bob has been part of the HVAC and Controls industry for 35 years and has served as President of HCT since 2003. His experience and leadership have led to the company’s success as one of the nation’s top providers of advanced systems integration services. Bob became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG) in 2022 when HCT joined the Fidelity BSG team.

Bob holds New Jersey Master HVAC/R and Plumber licenses. He completed the Plumbing Apprenticeship Program at Mercer County Vo Tech School for Plumbing in New Jersey and the HVAC program at Pennco Technical School in Pennsylvania.
