Sharon Thacker Whiting, MBA, is the Vice President of Finance of Cii Service. She oversees the company’s financial and accounting operations, ensuring solid fiscal health and growth by setting and meeting business objectives. As a Cii Service leadership Team Member, Sharon also helps direct other departmental operations, including those related to Business Development and Human Resources. Sharon became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG) when Cii Service joined the organization in 2022.

Sharon has over 30 years of financial and managerial experience, including strong analytical and project management knowledge in treasury, development finance, corporate valuation, and financial planning.

Before joining Cii Service in 2000, Sharon was the Assistant Treasurer and Vice President of Investor Relations at HMSHost, formerly Host Marriott Services, where she maintained external communications with financial institutions and provided analytical support for corporate and project finance transactions. She has also worked for major accounting firms as a certified public accountant (CPA) and in Corporate Treasury for Fortune 500 firms across the country.

Sharon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
